I was able to upload a test image fine using FireFox 2.0.

My steps:

1. Click 'Photos' top menu item

2. Click 'Members Gallery' link

3. Click 'Add Picture' link in the 'Common Tasks' box in the bottom row in the column on the right. You'll probably need to scroll down.

4. Follow directions on 'Publish New Photo' page

I don't see a mechanism for uploading images in the photo gallery. I'm signed in as a new user and using IE6.0. Thanks!
